EXPERIENCE

Graduate Research Assistant, 1996-present. University of Florida. Evaluate the efficacy of Telone II in enhanced degrating soils infested with root-knot nematodes and evaluate placement depth and various methods of sealing Telone II into the soil. Graduate Teaching Assistant, 1994-1996. Department of Plant Pathology, University of Georgia Introductory Plant Pathology and Plant Nematology.

 Ciba-Geigy Internship, July-October 1995. Plant Protection, Ciba-Geigy, Basel, Switzerland. Designed an experiment to screen bacteria, actinomycetes, and fungi as biological control agents for a fungal disease on wheat. Routine screening as well as investigations on enhancing the shelf-life of biological control agents were performed. Supervisor: Dr. H-J. Kempf.
